How do I register for the ATS VIRTUAL 2026? Once the registration window opens up you may register for the virtual event by selecting the “REGISTER” option from the ATS webpage www.atsvirtual2026.com. Follow the on-screen instructions and fill out the information required to register. You are required to use a personal email address and personal computer for registration. This process will register you with a case sensitive unique ID and password.
When will I receive the instructions for attending the virtual event? All attendees will receive a confirmation of registration e-mail and a follow-on e-mail with a case sensitive User ID and Password after the registration window officially closes. Make sure that the email address associated with your registration is accurate and up to date so that there is no delay in receiving communications from the seminar admin team.
What is a Virtual Training Seminar? The virtual training seminar is essentially an event that you can attend from the comfort and convenience of your home, office, or wherever else you can think of, through your personal computer or mobile device. Think of it as attending a standard webinar but with the ability to engage with anyone else that is attending a conference either physically or online. We are bringing two worlds together for a shared unique experience!
Can my computer or mobile device handle the virtual event? Yes, however due to Department of Defense Information Network protocols, access to the registration and information websites along with the virtual platform may be blocked when trying to access from a government computer or network. Most up to date computers and mobile devices such as laptops, desktops, and handheld tablets are capable of running the virtual conference. Your device must have a stable high speed internet connection to be able to access the conference. If your device is not restricted by firewalls , you can access ZOOM, or other online meeting platforms and you have unrestricted access to general websites your device should be able to access the virtual seminar.
What do I need to do on the day of the 2026 ATS virtual conference? You will enter your case sensitive username and password to access the seminar. The system will allow you into the session 30 minutes before the session starts, please log in early. Repeat this process daily or if you are required to log back into the seminar.
Do I have access to all the sessions? Yes, we encourage you to attend the plenary sessions in its entirety. This is a requirement for AT LEVEL II recertification.
Will I be able to see the presenters for each session? Yes, you will be able to see all session speakers along with their presentations.
Can I ask questions during the sessions? Yes, we encourage you to ask questions via the Q&A chat feature. Specific instructions on how to use the Q&A features will be provided and highlighted by the moderator. The moderator will screen questions and pose them to the speaker at the end of their presentation.
Can I share my virtual conference login information with other members of my team? No, each username and password is specific to each user. Each attendee must be registered and receive their own case sensitive username and password. The registration information, along with attendance accountability, will be used to grant training certificates at the end of the seminar.
Can I access and view recordings of any sessions from the conference? Yes, with some exceptions. Guest speakers have the right to safeguard and not release their information. All approved presentations will be available on the Army Antiterrorism Enterprise Portal (ATEP).
Can I register from my government email? No, attendees need to register only ONCE, using both a PERSONAL e-mail and a PERSONAL computer.

Is a security clearance required to attend the seminar? Yes, all portions of the Army AT Training Seminar are conducted at the unclassified level and will be executed on a commercial virtual platform. Attendee security clearances are used to validate that only authorized personal have access to the seminar. Full AT Training Seminar registration is not considered complete until each registrant’s security clearance information has been successfully passed to the AT Training Seminar Security Manager.
